Sarah got a lot of stuff from her family for her birthday. Is there anything left for her boyfriend to get her?
This is a Scramble Storyboard: it's designed to be read several times, each time with subtle differences. The goal is to see if the structure or the intonation of an answer changes depending on what question it's answering.
For example, in English, your intonation changes depending on what is being questioned:
"Who got you the shirt?" "My DAD got me the shirt."
"What did your dad get you?" "My dad got me the SHIRT."
Other languages keep the intonation the same but change the order of words. This storyboard is designed to help you figure out what happens in the language you're recording.
